Will it work without a signal?+
Yes. HerdTrackr keeps farm records on your device so you can work offline. Connect again to sync changes across your signed-in devices. Downloads, sign-in and store purchases need a connection.
Do I need an RFID reader?+
No. You can enter ear tags manually or use your phone camera to scan visual tags. A supported RFID reader is an optional addition for high-volume work. Always check the recognised tag before recording.
Can I bring my existing records?+
Yes. The app’s import tools accept CSV and spreadsheet files. Review the matched columns and preview your records before importing them into your farm.
Can my team use it too?+
You can invite team members to your farm and manage their roles from Settings. Connected devices sync changes so your team can work from the same farm records.
Is it available for iPhone and Android?+
Yes. HerdTrackr is available on the App Store and Google Play. You’ll find the download links below; your store listing shows device compatibility.
